ABOUT ME
My journey in coaching started 7 years ago when I decided to get some coaching myself. I had discovered by chance via an expert interview on the radio that I probably had ADHD and a diagnosis later confirmed this. I felt it explained why I had been feeling stuck and burnt out in life and in my career as a teacher and knew that something needed to change and fast. The coach that I found (or more accurately - found me, but that's a story for another time) was empathetic, patient and seemed to understand that what I needed was some alternative methods, clear short and long term goals and help achieving them. They helped to guide me find tools, strategies and purpose again and before long, just as I was on the brink of leaving my career, I was back enjoying teaching again. From there I got promoted twice, took up new hobbies like racket sports, a public speaking club, travelling, learning Spanish and even met my wife. I knew that one day, I wanted to do the same for others - help other ADHDers to overcome their challenges, feel more fulfilled and become the best version of themselves.
