ADHD Extravaganza

ADHD Extravaganza 2026

On 19 September, I held my very first ADHD Extravaganza, bringing together the local neurodivergent community for an afternoon of talks, live music and neurodiverse businesses.

The idea came to me back in July, following one of my ADHD talks where a client of mine, a neurodivergent masseuse, offered free taster sessions afterwards. My PA and I decided to turn this into a much bigger event, which we managed to organise in just six weeks! It was a lot of work and, I won't lie, quite stressful at times, but seeing over 100 people attend made it all worthwhile.

The event included my own ADHD talk, six neurodivergent guest speakers covering a range of topics, 14 stalls run by neurodivergent businesses, and live music from the incredibly talented local musiican Ava Lee. We also raised £540 for ADHD UK through ticket sales, with all profits going to the charity.

I am incredibly grateful to everyone who took part, helped organise the event, and came along to support us. It was a fantastic day and I'm already planning the next ADHD Extravaganza for 2027!
