ADHD and hyperactivity - what do you do?

Do you struggle to sit still?

Are you always fidgeting with something?


For me, this isn't an issue. I have ADHD, but I have the inattentive type. So, it hasn’t been a challenge for me, however many of my clients really struggle with this. I just had a session with a client who couldn't stay in their seat for even a minute. They were constantly touching things, walking around the room, and it got me thinking: What helps you manage your hyperactivity? I posted this across my social media accounts and had a variety of responses which I plan on compiling into a separate tip video on another occasion.


Despite not having the hyperactive type of ADHD, I am very well informed about it and have successfully helped many clients to manage their hyperactive tendencies.
