Personal growth is a lot like tending to a garden 🪴
If you want things to thrive, you can’t just water them once and expect miracles; you need to give consistent care, attention, and patience.
It is the same with looking after ourselves, especially when living with ADHD; growth doesn’t come from pushing harder every single day, it comes from recognising when you need rest, when you need support, and when it’s time to nurture yourself instead of criticising yourself.
When you give yourself that kindness and space, you create the conditions where growth can happen!
