Adult ADHD Coaching
If you are an adult with ADHD, or you suspect you might be, you may already know what ADHD is.

You might have read the books, followed the accounts, tried the tools, and understood yourself better than you ever have before. And yet, day to day life may still feel harder than it should.

Many of the adults I work with are outwardly coping. They work, parent, run households, meet deadlines, and keep things moving. But internally they are exhausted.
They describe a constant sense of pressure, overwhelm, self‑doubt, and frustration. They often feel as though they are always catching up, even when they are busy all day.

ADHD coaching is not about fixing you. It is about understanding how your brain works and learning how to live and work with it, rather than constantly pushing against it.
Who I work with

I work with adults who:

-
Feel capable but overwhelmed
-
Are tired of trying strategies that make sense but never stick
-
Experience decision paralysis, overthinking, or emotional overload
-
Have spent years masking, compensating, or pushing themselves to cope
-
Want practical support that feels realistic and human, not rigid or prescriptive
Many people I work with were diagnosed later in life, while others self diagnosed and still figuring things out.
What they often have in common is a strong sense of self‑awareness, alongside a deep frustration that understanding ADHD has not yet translated into meaningful change.
How I work
I am a qualified teacher and experienced ADHD coach, and my approach is calm, collaborative, and realistic. Sessions are a space where you do not need to explain or justify yourself.

We work together to understand what is happening for you, what you need, and how to move forward in a way that fits your life.

Coaching is not about forcing productivity or creating perfect systems. It is about reducing friction, increasing clarity, and helping you feel more in control of your own choices.

What can ADHD Coaching do for you?
Adult ADHD coaching can support you with things like:

-
Reducing overwhelm and mental load
-
Breaking patterns of avoidance and burnout
-
Making decisions without spiralling
-
Building routines that are flexible and sustainable
-
Developing self‑trust and self‑compassion
-
Understanding your emotional responses and triggers
This work is practical, but it is also relational. We look at what is getting in the way for you, rather than applying generic advice.

Other support I offer
As part of your coaching program, group support sessions are also available. I run a WhatsApp group for my clients where everyone can share their thoughts, feelings, information...anything they want. It is a fantastic source of additional support from like minded people who truly understand what you are going through. The meetings are Zoom style, but we also hold regular in person meet ups too in Ely and Cambridge - meeting in person really helps to solidify the bonds we form with one another in the group.

Is Coaching Right For You?
People often reach out when they feel stuck, worn down, or quietly struggling behind the scenes.
If you are functioning on the surface but finding things increasingly hard internally, this is often a sign that support could be helpful.
If you are curious whether ADHD coaching might be right for you, I offer a no‑pressure discovery call. This is simply a conversation to explore where you are and what you are looking for.
