Come and be part of a supportive ADHD community!

Updated: Apr 29

While on holiday in Spain, I climbed to the top of a hill, and during that journey, I couldn’t help but reflect on how much it mirrors the experience of living with ADHD. Reaching our goals often feels like a long, steep climb, with countless steps along the way.

Trying to tackle that climb alone can be incredibly tough. As Dr. Ned Hallowell, a leading expert on ADHD, wisely puts it: "Never worry alone." It's a simple but powerful reminder that support can make all the difference.

With that in mind, I’m excited to share that I’ve started a new ADHD community support group. It’s a space where people can connect, share their experiences, and find encouragement from others who truly understand what they’re going through.

The feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive. One member shared that it’s been "mind-blowingly amazing to connect with like-minded people facing similar challenges," while another described it as "an extremely positive meltdown!" - a reminder that even the hardest moments feel lighter when you’re not facing them alone.

If you think you could benefit from connecting with others on a similar path, we’d love to welcome you. We're offering a completely FREE first session so you can come along, meet the group, and see if it feels like the right fit for you.

If you're interested or have any questions, please get in touch. I’d love to hear from you.
