My ADHD Talk for The Rotary Club

On Tuesday evening, I had the privilege of delivering one of my ADHD information talks at the historic Madingley Hall in Cambridge for the South Cambridgeshire Rotary Club. The venue provided a beautiful backdrop for what turned out to be a well-attended and engaging event. I was delighted to see such a diverse audience, spanning different ages and backgrounds, which highlights just how many people are eager to learn more about ADHD, whether for themselves, their families, or those they support.

One of the most rewarding aspects of these talks is witnessing the shared understanding in the room. When attendees nod along in recognition, it often gives others the confidence to open up and share their own experiences; something that can feel daunting but is incredibly powerful. I also greatly value the Q&A sessions that follow each talk - the questions are always insightful and wide-ranging, and they provide a wonderful opportunity to exchange knowledge and create valuable discussion.

I really enjoy hosting these talks, and have a few more planned that I hope to see some of you at.
